There’s no denying that brushing with braces takes more work than brushing bare teeth, but great oral hygiene is crucial throughout orthodontic treatment! Brush your teeth at least twice per day with braces! 1. Position your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums, and then to the tops and bottoms of your braces 2.
