"Every visit we have had Staff has been friendly and quick. Waiting room is large and clean.Update: last few appointments have been a bit frustrating and overwhelming. Around Nov 2025 I was told they didn’t know how they missed it but a tooth that needed to be extracted never got extracted. So I couldn’t get my braces off just yet. (I was expected to have them off around Dec that year). Frustrating but okay whatever it is what it is. My following appointment I had that tooth extracted and it had healed but they were so confused reading their notes on the computer so they also removed a band because per my regular dentist that band was loose and collecting food which created a cavity. Fine. Now my most recent appt they put a bracket on that tooth that had the band removed and the girl called over another co worker and they were so confused and one girl made a big gasp and they said oh that needs a different kind of band not bracket because it’s a crown and different material is needed. So they go on and discuss a plan to just leave it without a band and put the gap rubber bands so they can have me come back in 2 weeks to then get that band placed. They did not communicate with me the plan this was just amongst themselves so proceeds to ask me what color I want for my bands. I then ask “so what’s the plan?” No direct communication with me the patient. All this is being done while I keep asking for PTO at work. They have no flexibility for the next 2 weeks or even the following week. I am starting a new job and they want me back in 2 weeks to place the band they initially removed and didn’t place at this last appointment because they didn’t read their plan correctly. I informed them the week they want me to come back in again for this band I start a new job and will not be available to come in. At this point I’m getting overwhelmed and frustrated but trying to keep my cool so I told front desk I couldn’t schedule at this time and honestly feel like just removing my braces all together at this point. I explained this to them but they don’t care they already got paid for my treatment so that’s that.Also, my whole treatment process (about a year and a half I’ve seen the Dr maybe 3 times. It’s always the dental assistants doing the work.Update: the last even happened Thursday. Today is Wednesday and the office staff higher ups were able to help me resolve this issue. Very very thankful they’re helped me out and get my treatment plan back on track!"

"We love coming to Johnson Orthodontics.I first chose Johnson’s for myself (36yr) as I needed an adjustment to my smile and picked Invisalign. It was easy to get in to be seen and the staff super kind and professional.Then my son’s dentist recommended that he should get evaluated for braces. I thought I would pick one closer to us as we live 30 min away, but when the other orthodontist office near us canceled (twice!) on us with a month wait to be seen I decided to give Johnson’s a call and make the drive. They got him in the very next day! Talk about excellent service. He was nervous about going but they helped him feel at ease during our consultation. He only needs an expander right now but we will definitely stick to Johnson’s for all our kids.BONUS- they have rewards, ice cream, and coffee!My only regret is that we didn’t come sooner."
"When my oldest daughter was in need of braces in 2009 I just went to Google to look up Orthodontists in my area. Among all the Orthodontist whom popped up Dr. Johnson stood out the most! We experienced an amazing welcoming at our first appointment. Now five kids and five years later we've continued to go to Dr. Johnson. Not only is Dr. Johnson and the staff amazing but so is Shane! In the beginning we had some tough times with the braces and adjusting an many of time after hours Shane would tell us to "swing by" because he truly cared and he would resolve the issue no matter how big or small. As we set off on our journey now with our second youngest starting braces I have no doubt in my mind this experience will be a great one! "I love Johnson Orthodontics!!! My teeth are so straight now and my jaw is properly aligned. I got braces when I was 39 years old for the first time in my life. It was worth it. I no longer grind my teeth or clench my jaw at night. I didn't know that getting my teeth straightened and having the bands to fix my jaw would make such a difference, but it did. I went with the traditional metal wires. I went to Johnson for 23 months and everyone there is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Thank you!"

We were given information on several treatment plans. We opted for a longer term option with implant insert right after braces and Dr. Johnson positively supported this choice even though it pushed back braces for my daughter for a couple years. "Been in treatment for a year and a half now and I love Johnson orthodontics! I’ve had little to no issues in my time here! Love the staff and always happy to come in! I’m very close to finishing treatment.*update Shane reached out, had me come in and fixed everything! So thankful for him!*Everything’s been great leading up to getting braces, I was one of the latest appointments of the day which lead to my technician rushing though things, being rude, and not really listening to me when I said the bite blocks were a little too big and also uneven (my left side touches before my right unless I shift my jaw a weird way!) my braces don’t hurt that badly but the bite blocks are causing excruciating pain. I tried to tell my technician at the end that they felt uneven and she would not really even listen to me/overtalked me while explaining something else entirely. Everyone else in the practice so far has been kind and professional. I’m sad this was my experience as I’ve been waiting over 10 years to finally get braces. Also- she handed me a package of supplies before I left without explaining what anything was for- including this wax/clay like this? Some care instructions would have been nice. Eventually I googled and found out the wax was to cover my braces to protect my inner mouth… that would have been really helpful to know because now I have multiple cuts on my mouth from the brackets. I want to go in and have the bite blocks evened but I’m scared of getting another person who won’t even listen to me and will just try to talk to me like I’m some dumb kid even though I’m 23 and I’m paying for this on my own."

"Let me tell you, every experience with these guys as been amazing!! Their pricing is absolutely unheard of (in the best way) and so reasonable!! I'm upset I didn't do my braces with them because I was coerced into doing them elsewhere but they are still willing to help me afterwards with my care!! Every team member I've ever spoken to has been so kind and informative!! Let me tell you my original ortho was charging me $450 to fix a bonded retainer, they didn't replace it, just fix it. Johnson ortho is $80 per tooth. That is over an 82% savings!! MIND BLOWN - if you're looking at Orthodontics, go to Johnson!!"

"I remember November 2022 I had a consultation with Dr Johnson and being really nervous as I being 27 at the time about to turn 28 was really scared of any kind of dental work from past experiences as a child. Immediately entering the building everyone was nice and welcoming even the consultation with Dr Johnson was very reasurring. I got my braces same day and I remember being so excited to finally have teeth I didn’t feel the need to cover with my hand everytime I smiled.. or feel like I was the only one in a room full of people not confident in the way my smile looked… we are now in April 2024 and I’m due to get my braces off soon! I got to schedule my debonding date and I have never been so excited about something my entire life outside of my wedding.. I could never picture me with straight teeth for a very long time and thanks to Dr Johnson and his team I finally got the smile I’ve only dreamed about! One couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work on their teeth. From the first day, I was greeted warmly by the receptionists at the front desk. Meeting with the financial person because my dental insurance doesn’t pay for braces, was totally stress-free because they are absolutely accommodating. I was given a military discount, the option of belong to what they call the 10 to 2 club, and a payment plan that was interest free. What more can a person ask for. The 10-2 club requires you to schedule all appointments between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. I had no problem working with that schedule and because I did, they will take $500 off my total bill. While the financing options are an incentive alone, the people are great too. Shane Glass is very knowledgeable. He gives you a personal cell number so you can contact him at any time should there be a problem. I ended up having a problem with one of my crowns. I talked to Shane (it was over the weekend), I told him the pain was pretty intense. He told me he would talk to Dr. Johnson. Before the day was over, I got a call from Dr. Johnson to discuss the issue. It’s the weekend and they made me a priority. There are few doctors that provide that can of care too often anymore. The young ladies that do the general work (removing wires, changing out bands, etc.) are all very nice. What impressed me the most about these young ladies is that when they run into an issue, they ask for help from someone with more seniority. Someone who has more experience than they do to handle the situation, instead of trying to deal with it themselves which would cause me more pain. In you are in need of braces, anyone in your family is in need of braces, or someone you know. I would 100% recommend Johnson’s Orthodontics. There is nothing negative to say about them. "(LONG BUT WORTH THE READ) For over 10 years I have known I would benefit from having braces. In the past I have gone to a few other Orthodontists to get consults but something always held me back from actually going through with treatment. At 29 years old I was set on forgetting treatment all together. Luckily, one of my friends recently took her son to Johnson Orthodontics and she had nothing but GREAT things to say about them. She suggested I visit them and see what they could do for me. I figured I would go in, be seen and then ultimately have a change of heart like I've done other times in the past. But I will say choosing Johnson Orthodontics was the best decision I have ever made. From the moment the person answered the phone to set up the consult It felt very friendly and welcoming. She was very thorough and informative. It was a very personalized and detailed phone call. I really appreciated that. They were able to get me in a few days later and I was offered the option of getting braces immediately after the consultation If I were indeed interested in treatment. When I went in for my consult I walked into a very sophisticated and clean facility. I immediately saw a mini freezer filled with ice cream and a note that said to help yourself to ice-cream after treatment. I thought that was a very nice, thoughtful touch. Not all places do this, definitely not any that I have seen. Once I checked in I was greeted by the office manager I believe. She came and sat next to me and introduced herself and explained the process. It was again a very friendly and personal interaction. After that I was taken back for pictures and x-rays. I was again impressed with their top of the line, most current equipment. Then I met with a financial representative who was also very warm, friendly and welcoming. She explained the treatment plan specific to my case as well as the cost and the payment breakdown. I was very impressed with the flexibility on the payment arrangement. They can truly tailor the plans to fit the needs of every persons financial situation. Then I met Dr. Johnson. He examined me thoroughly and we discussed in detail the best treatment options for my case and my desired results. He was very friendly and welcoming as well. I felt so comfortable after the whole appointment that I decided to go for it. I went ahead and got braces that same day. I had the braces put on and was given all the necessary tools and instructions to properly care for them. The process itself was not painful at all. It was somewhat uncomfortable but having your mouth worked in/on is never a good time per say. Before I left their office I used the restroom and was pleasantly surprised to learn they have heated toilet seats. While this in itself doesn't mean much, It told me that they go above and beyond in trying to make patients feel as comfortable as possible in all ways, with every detail both big and small. A few weeks later when I messed up a wire I called and they were able to get me in that same day to fix it. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I definitely recommend anyone looking for orthodontic treatment to start with Johnson Orthodontics. They are nothing short of AMAZING. They really do have this down pat. "Two of my four children have braces. My son started a year ago and the improvements are extremely noticeable! He had a permanent tooth that never came out due to an extra "tooth" between his baby tooth and permanent tooth. After braces and some surgery, his permanent tooth is almost fully out and his teeth are looking much straighter! My other child just got her braces in yesterday and Jennie was a sweetheart with her and my daughter had a very positive experience. The staff there are always super friendly, courteous, and helpful. So much so, I have scheduled my appointment to get braces as well (something I've been putting off for quite some time). And while the cost can be overwhelming, they make things easier by setting up a payment plan. The little touches also make a big difference, such has complimentary cookies and water, a brushing station in case you couldn't do so before your appointment, heated toilet seats, entertainment for kids, and their rewards program to encourage good dental practices."

"We have been using Johnson Orthodontics for approximately 5 years. We have 2 children that both needed braces. Our youngest child needed 2 sets to correctly fix the issues with her jaw/teeth - we are currently on our 2nd set with her. Our oldest child recently completed her braces and has a beautiful smile! The care we had from the front office scheduling and/or dealing with financial stuff to the staff that take care of the patients each visit has been top notch. Our youngest child has anxiety and was also very young when we began the "brace adventure" They have cared for her giving her the time needed to put on the initial braces (was 2 visits over a month time, lower first then upper) to the monthly visits encouraging her and being gentle. I cannot stress how much this meant to her and our family. The initial braces she had were on for more time than anticipated. Dr Johnson realized that the traditional method of treatment would cause more issues with her stress and he modified the treatment so it wasn't scary. Our family highly recommends Dr Johnson (who is great to deal with, no pressure and cares for his patients) and his staff (all of whom are friendly and professional). My special thanks to Shane today that helped with a retainer re-do after the family dog decided it would try the retainer in her mouth - as you guessed, not a good fit : ) Thanks Johnson Orthodontics its been a great experience!"

"Johnson Orthodontics took over the care of my daughters braces for six months until it was time to remove them. They gave her invisalign retainers which worked very well. We moved over 140 miles away to Loveland and almost one year later my daughter lost one of the retainers. Local orthodontics places wanted over $650 to replace them.
